Sometimes I find myself with the urge to write an article, or maybe just a simple piece that talks about some aspect that deals with photography, or some event that has happened while I was out in the field.
If you spend dozens of hours scanning through large flocks of gulls, you sometimes come acrossa bird that is either very difficult to identify, or just doesn't make sense. While looking for information on unusual gulls I have seen, I have found that "Gull Pages" that contain many photographs of a single species were very helpful. I made this gull page to show some of the unusual birds I have photographed, as well as document the species that occur here in Ontario. Images here are not properly saved for artistic qualities, and are entirely to show how the birds appeared while in the field.
I created this page to show any "record" shots of rare or unusual birds I have the chance to photograph in Ontario. Many are low quality images, however might be of interest to birders in Ontario and else where.
